During our initial meeting, we will work together to identify the financial issues which are most important to you and your family. We take the time to understand your current financial position and discuss your financial goals and objectives. From there, we will clarify the process that we follow in order to provide you with specific tailored solutions to help you achieve these goals in a realistic time-frame.
Once we have established that we are able to work together to achieve your goals and objectives, the next step is to perform a detailed analysis of your current financial position. This will include reviewing your existing assets, liabilities, income and expenses, as well as any personal insurances you have in place.
We will also look at any investment or tax strategies you have already implemented as well as assessing whether you have adequate Estate Planning provisions in place.
Before we begin putting together your tailored financial road map, we will provide you with an upfront quote outlining the costs involved.
Upon completion of the detailed analysis of your financial situation, we will provide you with a comprehensive written document called a Statement of Advice (SOA). This document will outline the following:
- your current circumstances and specific goals and objectives
- our recommendations on how to best achieve your goals and objectives
- research and projections to support our recommendations
- fees and charges involved in implementing the recommendations
Once your SOA has been completed, we will organise a meeting to present our recommendations to you. We take the time to explain why we have made these recommendations and how they will impact on your overall financial situation.
This meeting will provide you with the opportunity to thoroughly understand our recommendations so you are able to make an informed decision regarding your financial future.
Upon receiving the go-ahead from you confirming that you are comfortable with our recommendations, the team at Strategy Financial Partners will begin the process of implementing your Statement of Advice.
Depending on the recommendations, the implementation process could involve such tasks as consolidating your super accounts, personal risk insurance applications, establishing an SMSF (Self Managed Super Fund), establishing an income stream, assistance with Centrelink applications etc. If required, we will also work closely with your accounting and legal advisers.
Once all the recommendations have been implemented, it is important that we monitor and review your Statement of Advice on a regular basis. We will agree on how often you would like to meet up so we can track your progress towards achieving your financial and lifestyle goals.
Constantly changing laws and regulations, market conditions as well as changes in your lifestyle will impact on your financial situation therefore it is vital that we review your Statement of Advice to ensure that it remains relevant and up-to-date.
